Awakening Queen Maebh

Awakening Queen Maebh (pronounced May-v) is the contemporary Celtic music project of singer/songwriter Elizabeth Pendleton. With inspiration drawn from the legends of Avalon to to the historic Peace Process in Northern Ireland, the music is informed by the abundant realms of Celtic myth and history and features musicians Peter "Peas" McEvilley, Kathleen Keane and Rachel Leslie.

The Peace Process of Northern Ireland has been a huge influence on the project to date and to that end 10% of all sales is donated to NICIE, a Belfast-based organization who have been helping parents establish integrated schools throughout Northern Ireland for over 25 years.
